K9 filtering software is a program that you install on your home computer. It blocks inappropriate Web sites that have pornography, hate messages, gambling and more from being viewed on the computer.

How K9 Works to Filtering Content:
After installing K9 and you try to access a Web site it checks in their database whether the content of the site is appropriate or not. If the address of the site is not in the database it will scan the content to determine if it is appropriate for children.

My parents don't use it, my friend has it and he can't bypass it, he's already tried to kill it through DOS, but he can't bypass it.
